ICC Juridical mandate on war crimes committed in Syria

In response to the continuous heinous human war crimes conducted by Russia and the Syrian government in their ongoing insurgent against north Syria violating Souchi agreement where military operations are prohibited.

Kesh Malek signed with numbers of civil society organizations to the formal attorney office of the international criminal judiciary, urging to deliver criminals to justice and take accountability those who have been administering war crimes against an unarmed civilian population.

The Syrian regime is undermining the rebuilding peace efforts by launching a ground offensive against civilized assembling and humanitarian facilities such as hospitals and schools.
